This place is the first name they give for cub cadet dealer and is a warranty coverage on the customer service near me. They refused because, we did not buy from them. The guy was very rude. This used to be a good go to place in mena, to get service on lawnmowers or small engine repair. Will not go back to that place. Maybe customer service needs to remove their number for customer repair.

They refuse to work on cub cadet mowers unless you by them here. I just moved to Mena and needed cub cadet service from a cub cadet dealer, and they sent me packing. How does cub cadet tolerate this from one of their dealers. I will never buy anything from them.

We need ed a chainsaw for some work we're doing around our cabin. Both employees were very helpful on the models. Once we picked one out they put in the bar oil and gased it up and showed us how to operate it. Both my wife and I have not used gas chain saws very often so it was very good to go over it with us.

Assisted my neighbor in picking up her lawn tractor. She had asked them to replace the wheels on the mowing deck. They handed her a bag with the wheels in it. I had to replace the wheels. Took a total of 5 minutes. They wanted to charge additional money, after she had several things taken care of. They forgot a simple thing. Had to return the mower 2 weeks later. The drive belt they replaced before, inverted and cut itself up. When I looked, they had attached the springs incorrectly. I pointed this out to them, and they charged my neighbor an additional 75.oo for the replacement belt. That should have been free to her. It took them 2 weeks to complete a 20 minute job. The springs were placed on correctly this time. Appears that if you are a female, they will RIP you off. I will never use them for my personal use. Will find another repair shop for my neighbor. Would not recommend this shop for purchase, or repair, unless you are a male.
